Hi, I’m Hector, I build great experiences on the web.
I’m a systems architect and full-stack developer based in Toronto. I specialize in leading engineering teams, developing sovereign agentic technologies, and engineering high-performance WordPress and React applications.
As part of my independent technical research, I develop Gregius, an open-source framework for self-hosted AI workflows. I also build Hemisphere, a self-contained AI memory engine that uses hybrid vector search and MCP to give models long-term recall without cloud dependencies.
Beyond platform development, I work remotely with talented teams around the world, taking complex digital systems from first conversation to production launch.
